3.2. Usage Rights • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. • Credits must be used within the billing period and do not roll over. • We reserve the right to monitor usage and restrict excessive activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1. User Requirements • Users must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details. • Users are responsible for maintaining account security, including safeguarding login credentials.

4.2. Social Media Authentication • Registration via Facebook or Google is available. • Only essential authentication data is collected. • Users are responsible for their linked social accounts.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1. Subscription Plans • Basic Plan: £10 per month, including: • 1,050 credits. • Access to AI chat and writing tools. • Full template library. • 24/7 priority support.

5.2. Payment Terms • All fees are payable in advance. • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day notice. • Failed payments may result in account suspension.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. User-Generated Content • You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. • By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it solely to deliver the Service. • You must have the rights to use any content you provide.

6.2. AI-Generated Content • You receive full commercial rights to AI-generated content. • MagicAds Ltd. retains ownership of the underlying AI technology. • Generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to: • Generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content. • Violate intellectual property rights. • Reverse-engineer the Service. • Exceed reasonable usage limits. • Resell or redistribute access to the Service. • Create spam or malicious content. • Use multiple accounts to manipulate credits or access.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.
